What Time Ledger V0 Supports
The current version is a local-only time tracking app. It is designed for tracking your day, reviewing your timeline and reports, using focus/timer flows, exporting data, and deleting local device data.
No account is required in this version.
Not Included in the Current Version
The current version does not include:
- Time Ledger account sync;
- iCloud Sync;
- iCloud-to-account import;
- paid subscriptions or purchases;
- third-party crash reporting or analytics SDKs;
- advertising SDKs or third-party tracking SDKs;
- a production support ticket system.
If you see staged wording related to sync or import in testing materials, treat it as preparation for future features, not as an available feature in this build.
Before Contacting Support
Please include:
- App version;
- iOS version;
- device model;
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened instead;
- whether the issue happens again after restarting the app;
- screenshots or screen recordings, if you are comfortable sharing them.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, private tokens, or other sensitive information.
Common Questions
Where is my data stored?
In the current version, your Time Ledger data is stored locally on your device. Time Ledger account sync and iCloud Sync are not enabled in this build.
How do I delete my data?
Use the delete data option inside the app, if available in your build. This deletes Time Ledger data stored locally on the current device. It does not automatically delete exported files, device backups, emails, screenshots, or files you shared outside the app.
Does Time Ledger collect analytics?
The current V0 build does not include third-party crash reporting or analytics SDKs.
Does Time Ledger show ads or track me for ads?
No. The current V0 build does not include advertising SDKs or third-party tracking SDKs, and it does not use your time tracking data for targeted advertising.
Does Time Ledger include paid subscriptions?
No. The current V0 build does not include paid purchases, auto-renewable subscriptions, StoreKit checkout, paid entitlement, or paid account features.
Does Time Ledger support iCloud Sync?
Not in the current submitted V0 build. iCloud-related work is still preparation only and must not be treated as a usable sync feature.
Does Time Ledger require an account?
No. The current V0 build is local-only and does not require a Time Ledger account.
Can I get support in Simplified Chinese?
You may contact us in English or Simplified Chinese. Simplified Chinese copy is included in the first localization batch, but final human review is still required before broad public release.
